My name is Eduardo García. I started this website because it took me 42 years to learn how to be happy. And although that seems like a long time, every day I feel grateful for having achieved it. Today, I see life in such a different way than I did back then, that if I could go back, I would give myself a lot of advice. And yes, I can’t give that advice to my past self, but I can give it to you. To you and anyone who is where I once was! So if I help you see things differently, if something moves you, if something clicks inside you, then all of this will be worth it.
